Samen met je team state-of-the-artprojecten opleveren? That’s what you love Jij neemt het heft in handen en fungeert maar al te graag als verbindende factor tussen de klant, de salesmedewerkers en het team.
De inschatting van projecten doe je samen met je team, de vorderingen volg je zelf nauwgezet op. De eindverantwoordelijkheid ligt dus bij jou. Niets wat je afschrikt, want in ware waakhondstijl hou jij projectparameters als timing, budget, scope en planning onder controle.
Een vraag over het project of ideeën voor hun businessklanten weten dat ze altijd bij jou terechtkunnen. Dankzij jullie sterke band kan je hen optimaal helpen met het behalen van hun digitale doelstellingen. Want van tevreden klanten maakt jij een vreugdesprongetje - en wij ook.
**Hoe ziet de sterke schakel er best uit?**
Blond, blauwe ogen en 2 meter groot. Nee, even serieus, hoe je eruit ziet doet weinig ter zake. Maar herken je je wel in onderstaande punten?Je hebt een aantal jaren ervaring als project manager, bij voorkeur in een marketing, digital, online of web agency.
Je behaalde een bachelor of master in IT, (N)MCT, communicatie, marketing, economie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
Je bent leergierig en volgt gepassioneerd de nieuwste ontwikkelingen op het web en in online marketing. Je deelt deze kennis graag met jouw collega’s.
Je behoudt een goed overzicht over de projecten en kan de juiste mensen op de juiste plaats inzetten. Je zorgt samen met het team voor een kwalitatief resultaat binnen de vooropgestelde projectparameters.
Je bent klantvriendelijk en helpt klanten bij het verwezenlijken van hun project. Als de klant een vraag heeft, wil hij het liefst jou spreken
Waar mogelijk lever je toegevoegde waarde en maak je het verschil. Samen met het team ga je ‘the extra (s)mile’ voor klanten. Je toont een grote betrokkenheid.
Je bent analytisch van aard en voelt snel aan welke richting een klant uit wil met zijn onderneming.
Je werkt flexibel en stressbestendig. Je denkt oplossingsgericht, werkt gestructureerd en kan goed prioriteiten stellen.
Je houdt van vlotte communicatie en leidt meetings met de klant en/of de interne medewerkers in goede banen. Mensen overtuigen ligt in je aard.
Administratie pak je efficiënt aan en je volgt alles nauwkeurig op. Hiervoor krijg je de nodige tools ter beschikking.
Dienstverband: Voltijds, Vaste Jobs
Loon: €3.000,00 - €4.000,00 per maand
