Project Manager

As Project Manager you are expectedto:
- Plan, organize, control,co-ordinate, lead and motivate to achieve optimal balance betweencost, time, benefit and risk in marine geophysicalprojects
- Compose and direct the on- andoffshore project team
- Liaise with the clientand the project team on a regularbasis
- Investigate alternative working methodsto improve existing methods
- Draw up a budgetplan in cooperation with the commercialdepartment
- Control the project budget on aweekly basis and report to the accounting department and the PMOmanager
- Report on the progress of the projectto the PMO manager
- Approve subcontractors andsuppliers
- Identify and organize any additionalwork under the agreed contract
- Prepareinvoices, control debtors and act ifnecessary
- Take a leadership role in all QHSEmatters to ensure the project is managed in a safe and efficientmanner
- Liaise closely with the QHSE departmentand ensure the QHSE guidelines arefollowed
- You obtained a master degree in a surveyrelated discipline
- You have 3 years ofexperience in survey project management
- Youhave experience with people and projectmanagement
- You possess technical knowledgeregarding hydrographical and geophysicalequipment
- Experience with QHSE knowledge is aplus
- Experience in the marine environment is aplus
