**Senior Strategy Consultant**:
**PTOLEMUS Consulting Group** is a strategy consulting firm focused on connected mobility and transport undertaking assignments for clients in 41 countries.
In its 15th year of development, PTOLEMUS helps all transport & mobility industry stakeholders understand the impact of new technologies on their business and define the optimal strategies to leverage them. Our assignments range from strategy definition to innovation management and are generally international in their nature.
We combine deep industry expertise with strong strategy consulting capabilities and deliver exceptional value to our clients - car makers, content providers, insurance and assistance companies, PE firms, mobile operators, energy companies, telematics service providers, Transport Ministries, technology suppliers, etc.
Our fields of expertise include connected & automated vehicles, connected insurance, fleet management, electronic tolling and fuel card services, vehicle electrification, etc.
We are looking for an **entrepreneurial team player to help our clients move towards a safer, more efficient and sustainable mobility.**

**Your mission**:
Within the firm, you will:
- Contribute to the solving of complex client challenges, interacting with management level executives
- Manage international client assignments, holding the day-to-day relationship with them and developing PTOLEMUS’ activities
- Lead the delivery of several projects in parallel, plan your team’s work, organise client workshops, produce and review the quality of deliverables
- Manage your team under high quality requirements and help it grow
- Participate and speak at international conferences globally
- Participate in the selling of follow-on projects and develop PTOLEMUS’ client portfolio in a sustainable manner
- Contribute to PTOLEMUS’ team training and new joiners’ onboarding
- Bring new ideas and take initiatives to make them happen
- Be key to the further growth of our team and of the company as a whole
**Your profile**:
- You are in the possession of a Masters’ degree from a business or engineering school / university
- You have at least 6 years of experience, with 3-4 years in strategy consulting
- You have demonstrated expertise in interacting with clients at various levels, and in managing complex projects and teams
- You are result-oriented and capable of delivering under high-quality standards and tight deadlines
- You possess excellent analytical and synthesis skills
- You have experience of working in a multicultural environment
- You are fluent in English and possess strong English writing skills; knowledge of other European languages is an asset
- You have a real interest/experience in the domain of mobility / transportation
- You have strong work ethics
- You have demonstrated strong team working abilities and can work well autonomously
- You are driven by an entrepreneurial mindset
