As our Strategy Manager at Moro Tech you will be leading a team of Strategists in their journey of delivering innovative solutions within the smart mobility ecosystem and collaborating cross-functionally with our Technology area when needed. Your aim is to build sustainable relationships with clients, enhancing business continuity by demonstrating and developing sales strategies by capturing client needs for the team.
**On a given day, a Strategy Manager spends time in**:
- Articulate strategic insights from client's, industries and competitor landscape and the interlinkage with technology and guide your team into preparing the business case, with market segmentation analysis to predict business performance, financial & strategic impact
- Architect a business transformation strategy aimed at enabling client to transform the core business, maximize efficiencies, and optimize business
- Use a business architecture approach to capture Business and Strategy Targets and design relevant roadmaps
- Establish communication mechanism with stakeholders to ingest business and strategy milestones
- Translate milestones into relevant high level objectives and direction
- Validate insights with key members and transform them into potential future services and projects
- Identify positioning and Revenue opportunities for potential services
- Contribute into fostering ways of working that build norms of accountability, autonomy and ownership of deliverables
**Requirements**:
**In order to be successful in this role you will need**:
- Minimal 7 years of relevant work experience in a consulting firm or companies with similar services offering
- Ability to communicate with high level management to capture requirements related to business and strategy and translate objectives by developing a division strategy with clear targets and direction
- In depth understanding of how to create business models and identify new revenue streams to maximize efficiency and optimize business for our Clients
- Previous experience in leading, coaching and helping cross functional teams of Consultants
- You will work on strategic and transformation projects and manage the full spectrum of a client project
- Nice to have:
- Familiarity with how retail networks work would be a plus
- Experience in marketing and communications would be a plus
- Any previous experience of working within projects related to smart mobility or smart cities would be greatly appreciated
- Being a visionaire when it comes to communicating ideas and challenges. We expect everyone to think out of the box and be creative beyond the confines of role definitions
- Fluency in English
