We are looking for
**Mobility (Fleet) Specialist** in
**Belgium**, who will play a key role in driving our vehicle-related operations, reduce mobility costs, enhance efficiency, and ensure that our mobility solutions align with our business goals. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the whole mobility topic for both locations : cars, bikes, mobility budget,keeping local specifics in mind
- Start with the existing, suggest optimisations, present budgeted plans and implement (after agreement of management)
- Report to finance and management (lease accounting, cost, fuel consumption,)
- Manage expectations of individuals and make sure they are happy (but not spoiled)
- Keep informed about the market, the tax optimization, the technologies, the laws

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor or Master-degree or similar education
- 5 to 10 years of business experience / fleet/mobility management role in large and/or complex companies preferred
- Experience and knowledge of mobility and car leasing rules and regulations. Knowledge of fiscal legislation concerning company mobility
- Preferably experience with implementation of cafeteria plans and/or alternative/compound employee mobility
- Experience in working in the technology sector or a similar, progressive industry is an advantage
- Passion for cars, mobility in general
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn to work with new tools and technologies
- Strong IT skills in analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI)
- Strong command of written and spoken Dutch and English
- French will be highly desirable and beneficial
- Helicopter view and operational skills
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, presentation skills, powers of persuasion and liaison, creative out-of-the-box thinker
- It is expected to work flexibly and, on some occasions, outside of normal office hours by prior arrangement and agreement and/or during peak periods
