We redefine what an earplug should sound, look and feel like. Whether it's hearing protection or comfort for your ears, Loop enables you to live life at your volume. Our founders Maarten and Dimitri started Loop back with a big idea. And a chronic ringing in their ears. Since then, we've helped more than 3,500,000 customers around the world to find quiet, enjoy great experiences and keep unwanted noise at bay.
In 2023 we grew from almost 100 Loopers to over 250 people. And that's a number we would have to keep updating every month, as we are planning to double the team once again, this year.

As a Senior Industrial Designer, you'll act as an inspirational designer for product management, driving the creative vision for our products and ensuring that designs are innovative, aesthetically pleasing, and functional. **As a Senior Industrial Designer, you'll draw up our product ideas and our future**:
Currently we're sitting on a pile of exciting product ideas that need to be brought to life. This year alone we'll bring new products, accessories and style projects to the market. And that's where you come in, showing us with multiple design proposals, exploring different angles and ideas. Your sketches bring ideas to life, and your 3D rendering skills transform them into tangible products. This role is all about inventing, experimenting and inspiring the designers, product managers and engineers around you, embodying creativity and experimentation. And of course, you'll ensure every product is unmistakably Loop worthy - from curves to colours. Your attention to detail in design language sets our products apart in the marketplace. And even though we expect you to be a frontrunner, you're not alone. You'll be working with a diverse team of 5 industrial designers with different seniority levels. Need a critical look? **Your other responsibilities**:

- Leading front-end innovation and product development projects, embodying creativity and experimentation.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with our brand vision.
- Develop prototypes of earplug designs using rapid prototyping techniques, such as 3D printing.

**How You'll Succeed as a Senior Industrial Designer**:
Your creative leadership combined with your experience in industrial design with consumer electronics, will drive our design strategy, mentoring the team towards excellence. Managing time and prioritisation of tasks is also no problem for you, you know how to reach your goals. And your ability to dissect complex challenges and foster a collaborative environment will ensure designs are not only innovative but also realizable. Thanks to your communication skills, presenting your design concept is always effective, visually and verbally.

**These key competences will set you up for success**:

- A degree in Industrial Design or Product Development.
- A minimum of 6 years' experience in consumer electronics, showcasing a portfolio of both creative and commercially successful products. Experience with wearables or hearables is a plus.
- Strong spatial reasoning skills: able to visualize and manipulate 3D objects in their minds and on paper.
- Expertise in CAD and 3D modelling.
- Proficiency in English, as we are a global brand with a broad audience.
