Dit doe je
- Je faciliteert de analyse en verbetering van bedrijfsprocessen over verschillende afdelingen heen.
- Je werkt samen met de afdelingshoofden om de impact van voorgestelde veranderingen te beoordelen.
- Je beheert het non-real estate project portfolio en budget van Matexi.
- Je fungeert als brug tussen business en IT waarbij je zorgt voor een soepele uitvoering van projecten.
- Je begeleidt teams door veranderingsprocessen, met aandacht voor de menselijke kant van verandering.
Dit ben je
- Je beschikt over uitstekende analytische vaardigheden en bent in staat om complexe informatie helder te communiceren.
- Je hebt ervaring met het leiden van projecten en het aansturen van teams.
- Je bent proactief, zelfstandig en hebt een natuurlijke drang naar continue verbetering.
- Je beschikt over minimum 5 jaar relevante ervaring
- Naast je zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands verwachten we binnen deze rol ook een goede kennis van het Engels en Frans.
