**Jouw Missie**
Als Logistieke Assistent(e) zorg je voor uiteenlopende administratieve taken binnen de logistieke afdeling en voor een vlotte verwerking van diverse processen.

**Jouw Verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Je staat mee in voor de o ntvangst van bezoekers.
- Je volgt op en controleert de facturen van oa. van de transporten en andere leveranciers binnen logistiek.
- Maandelijkse zorg je voor het opstellen van nota's voor de doorrekening van kosten aan klanten.
- Je volgt de afvalstromen op en onderhoudt het contact met de externe afvalverwerker.
- Je verzorgt de opvolging van leveringen.
- Je volgt de retour van leeggoed en herstellingen op.
- Je beheert het fleet management systeem van de heftrucks.
- Je volgt mee de stock op van de verbruiksartikelen en plaatst de bestellingen indien nodig.
- Je ondersteunt in diverse administratieve taken.
- EHS en 5S walks.
- Uitvoeren cycle count + implementatie en opvolging.
- Opstellen werkinstructies en review.
- Opvolging skill matrix en trainingplan binne l

**Jouw Profiel**:

- Je bent dynamisch, sociaal en contactvaardig.
- Je werkt autonoom en nauwgezet.
- Ervaring in logistiek en kennis IATF is een pluspunt
- Je bent goed in organisatie en beheert op een efficiënte wijze je prioriteiten.
- Je werkt vlot met Microsoft-tools (Word, Excel en Outlook).
- Je bent tweetalig Nederlands/Engels.
