Sibelga beheert de distributienetten voor gas en elektriciteit in Brussel. **BIJ WELKE DIENST KOM JE TERECHT?**:
Het departement Digital Business Solutions (DBS) ondersteunt alle business activiteiten van Sibelga. Het zorgt ervoor dat Sibelga beschikt over performante processen en een autonoom IT-systeem dat deze processen ondersteunt en dat afgestemd is op de evoluerende behoeften en opkomende technologieën.
Binnen het departement DBS is de dienst IT Production verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de infrastructuur en de bewerkingen van de systemen en toepassingen waarop het informatiesysteem van Sibelga steunt.
Binnen de dienst IT Production zijn we op zoek naar een gepassioneerd Solution Designer verantwoordelijk voor
- de kwalificatie van de aanvragen die bij de dienst IT Production worden ingediend,
- het design van de IT-infrastructuuroplossingen, en
- de opvolging van de implementatie ervan in onze systemen.
**JOUW JOB**:
Als Solution Designer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het design van de technische infrastructuuroplossingen die het informatiesysteem en bijbehorende toepassingen ondersteunen:
- Je beoordeelt, evalueert en beheert de aanvragen die vastgelegd zijn in ITSM (IT Service Management); je stelt vervolgens oplossingen voor conform aan onze strategie op het niveau van infrastructuur
- Als onderdeel van projectbeheer verzamel en formaliseer je de infrastructuurbehoeften alsook de uitwerking van oplossingen die moeten geïmplementeerd worden
- Je schat de nodige resources in voor het implementeren van de oplossingen die je aanbiedt
- Je neemt actief deel aan het ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en uitwerken van de aanpassingen van de infrastructuur en documenteert nauwgezet alle wijzigingen
- Je werkt samen met de enterprise architects en onderhoudt een nauwe samenwerking met de system engineers en project managers
- Je voert technische analyses uit door de concrete componenten te omschrijven: de machines (modellen, hulpmiddelen), de opslag, het netwerk (IP-adres), enz. en je voert impactanalyses uit, indien nodig door samen te werken met de vertegenwoordigers van de betrokken applicaties/domeinen/diensten
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de testen (bepalen en documenteren van de scenario's, pilots, verbeteringen, etc.)
- Je waakt over de technologische evolutie en je treedt op als expert inzake infrastructuurkwesties
**JOUW PROFIEL**:
- Je bent in het bezit van een universitair diploma in IT of een economische, industriële of wetenschappelijke richting
- Je hebt een sterke infrastructuurachtergrond en hebt minstens vijf jaar ervaring in solution design
- In één of meerdere van de volgende gebieden ben je expert:
- Windows
- Linux
- VMWare (HCI, SDDC)
- Netwerkinfrastractuur (Cisco, firewalls, etc.)
- Storage (SAN, NAS)
- en/of andere infrastructuurcomponenten
- Je bent sterk analytisch ingesteld en in staat een ontwerp helder op papier te krijgen
- Je bent een sterke teamspeler en onderhoudt een nauwe samenwerking met je collega’s in het infrastructuurteam (solution designers en project managers) en enterprise architects
- Kennis van Togaf is mooi meegenomen
- Kennis van de Utilities sector is een pluspunt
- Naast een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Franse taal, beheers je ook het technisch Engels binnen je vakgebied
- Kernvaardigheden: organisatie en planning, analytische geest en kritische ingesteldheid, communicatie, kunnen onderhandelen, pragmatisme en reactiviteit, luistervaardigheid en zin voor werken in teamverband
