Hoe zal je dit doen?
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van BMS installatieprojecten.
- De controle, opvolging, coördinatie, en planning van het volledige dossier, zowel technisch als commercieel en financieel, behoren tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden. - Je staat in voor het administratieve deel van het project.
- Je stimuleert, coördineert, motiveert en ondersteunt de medewerkers die bij het project betrokken zijn.
- Je stelt de planning op en zorgt ervoor dat deze opgevolgd wordt.
- Je zorgt voor de communicatie tussen de betrokken partijen, deelt de nodige informatie en stelt optimale technische oplossingen voor.
- Voor de projecten die onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid vallen, ben je het aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgever, ontwerpbureau, architect en/of onderaannemers.
- Als eindverantwoordelijke en echte ‘dirigent’ zorg je voor de planning, de rentabiliteit, de veiligheid en kwaliteit van de aan jou toevertrouwde projecten.
- Je staat in voor een goede coördinatie en voor de overdracht van het dossier aan de dienst na verkoop (service) zodat het onderhoud kan worden opgevolgd.
- Tot slot zorg je voor een regelmatige en gestructureerde rapportage van het project om mogelijke problemen te voorkomen.
- Je rapporteert aan de Installation Manager BMS.

Waar we naar op zoek zijn?
- Afgeronde technische bachelor opleiding of gelijkwaardig niveau door aantoonbare ervaring of opleiding.
- Je bent een projectmanager met een uitstekend organisatietalent, die zich snel kan inwerken en overzicht creëert in een flink aantal middelgrote projecten.
- Je kan je vlot integreren in onze bestaande organisatie, legt gemakkelijk contacten, en kunt goed netwerken.
- Gezien de senioriteit van de rol, is werkervaring binnen BMS/Controls of IT branche een pluspunt. Beschik je nog niet over deze ervaring, dan rekenen we op je vaardigheid om je op korte termijn in te werken met hulp van je collega’s.
- Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit, coacht en helpt, en bent niet bang om de handen uit de mouwen te steken. Je kan jezelf en andere collega′s motiveren om samen tot een goed resultaat te komen.
- Je bent hebt affiniteit met de cijfermatige kant van project management en met de systemen die dit ondersteunen.
- Je bent stressbestendig en kan prioriteiten stellen, ook als je aan meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd werkt.
- Attest van goed gedrag en zeden.
- VCA-VOL of bereid tot het volgen van een opleiding.
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Franse taal in woord en schrift, daarnaast heb je een goede kennis van het Engels.
- Goede beheersing van MS Office-applicaties Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
