**Company Description**

As Global Talent Lead, you lead PB Leiner’s talent management agenda in line with our HR strategic positioning:

- Operate as a strategic business partner - accompanying the business to realize its strategic ambitions
- Ensure the right HR solutions are provided - enabling the growth of our business and our people
- Drive HR operational excellence - with a focus on employee experience and cost efficiency

This role is an individual contributor role. In partnership with the HR VP of PB Leiner and Tessenderlo Group’s Talent Lead:

- You define a global talent strategy tailored to the needs of the business in line with Tessenderlo Group policies, solutions and programs
- You represent the business in Group HR discussions and give business inputs to the Group Talent Center of Expertise to develop group-wide policies, solutions and programs; and participate to cross-BU working groups to design and implement group initiatives
- You execute group talent management programs in the business unit, including performance management, people reviews, succession planning, high potential development programs, leadership development programs. You support and coach management teams to ensure high quality of the processes.
- You ensure succession plans and talent pipelining is in place across the business. You ensure development paths and development plans are in place for critical roles and people to ensure attraction and retention of talent, and to build critical skills internally
- You identify learning needs across the business and develop a long-term learning strategy for the BU. Depending on the topic, you partner with the Tessenderlo Group L&D function, work with external partners or develop and deploy programs yourself of via the PB Leiner HR Community.
- You manage employee engagement initiatives, including employee engagement surveys and support leaders and managers to take effective engagement actions
- You ensure the quality and timeliness of recruitment processes across the business, and take care of recruitment for critical positions. You lead the employer branding and talent acquisition strategies for the business.
- You develop, coach and challenge management teams to develop their leadership skills to foster a high performance culture
- You lead HRMS implementation and adoption in the BU for talent-related topics

**Qualifications**
- You have a Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree in Business Management, Economics, Psychology, Pedagogy, Human Resources Management, Sociology or equivalent through experience. Coaching certificate is a plus
- You have minimum 10 years’ experience in an HR generalist or broad talent function, including experience in leading HR programs in an international environment covering multiple geographies
- You have experience with leadership development, change management, performance management, recruitment and internal mobility and employee engagement programs
- You have excellent influencing, communication and facilitation skills, and can work seamlessly across all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
- You are a good conceptual thinker yet have a pragmatic solution-oriented approach
- You have strong project management and have a structured approach to design and deployment of talent programs
- You have built strong cultural agility through experience in an international environment
- You have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbally. Knowledge of Dutch, Spanish or Chinese is a plus
- You are available for regular travel in Europe, US, Latin America and Asia (+/-20%)
