**About the company**: CINOCO is a Belgian family owned business transmitting passion from generation to generation for over 325 years. Cinoco is specialized in the distribution of a prestigious and exclusive range of high quality Wine and Spirits in Belgium and Luxembourg.
Their customers range from HoReCa, offices, retail and wholesale, to private and non-profit organizations.

**Your mission**: The Junior Marketeer has the challenge to increase sales and visibility of the wines and spirits in the retail environment and HoReCa businesses. As a link between the supplier and the sales teams, you conceptualize, create and implement the right marketing actions to make our customers and consumers enthusiastic about wines & spirits and to support the sales departments with the right tools.
**Your key responsibilities are the perfect cocktail mixing trade, brand & event management**:
**Trade Marketing & Brand management**
- You manage a number of brands and implement their marketing plans from A to Z by translating the global visions into local visions and appropriate brand plans.
- You develop & implement programs to encourage our retailers & partners to sell our products.
- You are the contact for the sales team to develop joint plans with their key customers. Delivering consumer activations and promotion materials at the point of sale. You also go into the field with our customers.
- You support the sales team with documentation, information and creative promo materials. You communicate about implementable actions in an inspiring and creative way to the sales staff.
- You are constantly looking for new opportunities to promote our brands in On & Off Trade in a creative way.
- You are the contact person for both suppliers and customers in the context of the deployment of actions in the field. Creation of retailer tools such as coupons, displays, roll ups, sales presenters, neck hangers, window stickers.

**Event Management**
- Organization of national Bartender competitions (A-Z) : finding and booking event locations, reaching out to bartenders and press/PR, booking jury members, presentation contest, decorating location, logistic coordination.
- Organization of own events (e.g. product launches and online master classes for customers)
- Participation as a partner in external events (Horeca Expo, Gault & Millau events, retailer fairs,...) : planning, organization, creation of visuals, bookings, logistic,...

**Your profile**:

- You have a bachelor or master degree in Marketing (or at least 2 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing or Brand Management).
- You have a passion for wines. A first experience in the beverage or FMCG industry is a plus.
- You are a creative thinker and you are strong in thinking outside the box.
- You are NL fluent with a good level of French. A good knowledge of English is a must.
- You are goal-oriented, solution-oriented and have a hands-on mentality.
- You have good project management skills (from A to Z) with excellent planning and organizational skills.
- You can work well in a team and enjoy communicating internally.
