**Functie**:
Als **accounting assistant** zal jij verantwoordelijk zijn voor volgende taken:

- **Organiseren** en opvolgen van goedkeuringen voor inkomende **facturen** op onze accounting afdeling;
- Het **verwerken** en **klasseren** van de inkomende **facturen**;
- Je staat in voor de verwerking van de **kas**:

- en **bankverrichtingen** van de leveranciersrekening. Ook de de uitgaande **betalingen** neem je voor je rekening;
- Bij de algemene **boekhouding** verzorg je de **maandelijkse** en **jaarlijkse** **afsluitposten**;
- Ter voorbereiding van de jaarlijkse **auditwerkzaamheden** doe je de nodige rapporteringen;
- Je verleent je support aan de diverse verplichte **rapporteringen** zoals onder andere de BTW, IntraStat;
- Alsook zal je adhoc **assistentie** verlenen aan de **departementsverantwoordelijke**, en bij springen waar nodig.

- Je zal tewerkgesteld worden in **Leuven**, maar er is ook een optie tot **thuiswerken** binnen deze functie;

**Profiel en vaardigheden**:
Als **accounting assistant** kan je je vinden in het volgende:

- Je behaalde een Graduaat **Boekhouden** of A2 diploma Boekhouden met minstens 2 jaar **ervaring** in een gelijkaardige functie;
- Mensen beschrijven je als iemand die **kwaliteitsgedreven** is, iemand die punctueel en accuraat te werk gaat;
- **Flexibiliteit** is jouw grote troef. Je hebt een frisse kijk op het vak en bent jong van geest;
- Werken in **team** is voor jou een must. Je hecht dan ook enorme waarde aan het behalen van groepsobjectieven;
- ** Nederlands** taalgebruik is parate kennis, maar een mondje **Engels** en **Frans** spelen zeker in je voordeel;
- De beheersing van **MS Office** pakketten zoals Excel en Word zijn voor jou bekend terrein. Eventuele ervaring met **ERP**-syste(e)m(en) vormen daarop een mooie aanvulling;
- Leuven zal jouw uitvalsbasis zijn. Deeltijds van thuis uit werken is ook zeker een optie;
