Quadrature S.A., headquartered in Gosselies, Belgium, is a leader in software for the windows and doors industry. Our WinPro Corporate software is an enterprise solution used in the windows and doors industry and by traditional dealers for selling, designing, producing and delivering windows. For our location in Belgium we are looking for a Sales Representative (M/F/o) who can work with us to help our customers become even more efficient and happier.

**Your tasks**:

- Lead generation and acquisition of new customers
- Acquisition phone calls and contact maintenance
- Visits to prospective customers including demonstration of our software
- Preparation of offers for new customers, follow-up of offers as well as intensive support of customers until order placement
- Processing of inquiries from existing customers including presentation of new functions / modules, preparation of quotations for existing customers, follow-up of the quotation and support until the order is placed
- Planning, organization and execution of reference customer visits with new prospects
- Presence at industry events such as trade fairs and conferences
- Establishing and expanding as well as maintaining contact with partner companies, suppliers, industry participants, multiplier
- Preparation of analysis and statistics (customer statistics, market statistics, etc.)
- Report on a weekly basis to Head of Sales and Chief Operations Officer on commercial activities
- Being contributor on Quadrature road map development depending on market needs and opportunities
- Willingness to travel (approx. 50%, also internationally)

**Your Profile**:

- Training in the commercial field or business or technical studies
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Very good knowledge of IT, marketing and sales for software products
- Very good user knowledge of the CRM systems
- Very good knowledge of French, English and Dutch, other foreign languages is an advantage
- Very high customer orientation
- Very good rhetorical skills in customer talks as well as in writing
- Pleasure in using modern communication channels (e.g. LinkedIn)
- Knowledge and sense of what is important in dialog with customers and prospects
- Distinct results and sales-oriented approach to work
- High level of team-oriented cooperation with involved and related departments
