The Client Advisor Life & Benefits commercially manages client relationships on a daily basis, acting as a key point of contact for questions regarding insurance files. Duties include administrative follow-up, focus on life & benefits for the self-employed, preparing quotes, contacting clients and insurers, and processing data in BRIO and e-GOR. **Description**
- You are a key point of contact for the Life & Benefits clients
- You are responsible for the administrative follow-up of the insurance files assigned to you
- Your focus is on the second and third pillar of life & benefits insurance for the self-employed
- You draw up quotes, contact customers, follow up with insurers, discuss proposed solutions with colleagues and draw up new insurance policies
- You process the necessary data and contracts in the IT programs BRIO and e-GOR
- You are in daily contact with insurers and customers, both by mail and by phone and take care of the organization and planning for colleagues
**Profile**
- A bachelor's degree in insurance is definitely a plus, as well as several years of work experience in the insurance industry
- You are fluent in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Your knowledge of Brio+ is an asset
- You have a good knowledge of Dutch. French is a plus
- You are precise and punctual in your administrative tasks and you have an eye for detail
- You easily work independently, like to take initiative and you easily set priorities
