Een baan met verantwoordelijkheid...
- Je brengt de verschillende projecten van Hortiplan in kaart en definieert hiervoor de doelstellingen en hoe die bereikt zullen worden: timing, middelen, enz. Dit doe je in samenspraak met de klanten en interne afdelingen.
- Je coordineert de voortgang van de projecten tussen de verschillende departementen zoals engineering, logistiek, productie en MGS-supervisie. Dit doe je door o.a. taken en verantwoordelijkheden te verdelen en te waken over de goede uitvoering met oog op de te behalen deadlines. Je bewaakt de projectactiviteiten en zorgt voor consistentie & kwaliteit.
- Je stelt normen en procedures vast voor projectrapportage en documentatie. Dit stelt je ook in staat verbeteringen te identificeren en te implementeren; dit zowel intern als ook naar de klant toe
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de projecten die je beheert en beantwoord de vragen van vooral de klanten maar ook leveranciers en collega’s.
- Je bent in staat risicofactoren in te schatten en voorziet dankzij jouw proactieve houding de juiste maatregelen om deze te vermijden.

- Hortiplan is wereldwijd actief waardoor je ook bereid bent je flexibel op te stellen naar tijd en sporadisch ook naar plaats.

Hortiplan staat voor op maat gemaakte geautomatiseerde tuinbouwtechnologie zoals klimaatcontrole, elektrotechniek en irrigatie, evenals belichtingsoplossingen.
