**Jouw nieuwe functie**
Als Food Safety & Quality Specialist speel je een centrale rol in het beheren van de voedselveiligheid, kwaliteit & regelgeving over de gehele cluster. Je werkt nauw samen met zowel de cluster quality manager, als met andere externe partijen om ervoor te zorgen dat de productiefaciliteiten, grondstoffen & eindproducten voldoen aan de behoeften van de klanten & eveneens (inter)nationale wettelijke vereisten overtreffen. Je draagt deze verantwoordelijkheid voor de verschillende sites in België & Nederland. Hierdoor beheer jij de interne audits & voer je deze ook uit op de verschillende sites. Op basis van jouw bevindingen, stel je verbeterprojecten voor & volg je deze ook op. De visie op voedselveiligheid & kwaliteit draag je uit tot alle niveaus in de vorm van trainingen/opleidingen. Je werkt grotendeels vanuit de productiesite in Antwerpen.
**Jouw profiel**
Voor deze rol zijn we op zoek naar iemand met een bachelor
- of masterniveau met een achtergrond in voedselveiligheid. Je hebt reeds relevante ervaring opgebouwd in een gelijkaardige rol. Je hebt kennis van de geldende kwaliteitsnormen in de voedsel
- & drankproductie (HACCP, FSSC 22000 ). Je bezit een bepaalde creativiteit om problemen/klachten aan te pakken. Door de vele internationale contacten, spreek je vloeiend Engels & Nederlands. Kennis van het Frans is een plus. Jouw enthousiasme & motivatie werkt aanstekelijk en je bezit een zekere flexibiliteit om je naar verschillende sites te verplaatsen.
