**Jouw nieuwe werkgever**
Jouw nieuwe werkgever is een Nederlandse hospitality speler in volle expansie. Met hun hippe en unieke concept wordt een unieke totaalbeleving gecreëerd waar jong en oud plezier beleven. Je wordt verantwoordelijk voor de flagship in Antwerpen en komt terecht in een open werkomgeving waar veel ruimte is voor eigen ideeën.
**Jouw nieuwe functie**
Na een intense onboarding waar je ondergedompeld wordt in de hospitality wereld en begeleid wordt door jouw District Manager ben je als Retail Hospitality Manager jouw flagship te openen. Als Retail Hospitality Manager bestaat jouw gevarieerd takenpakket uit:
- Het coachen, motiveren en delegeren van jouw team (Assistant Manager + operationeel team)
- Het voeren van sollicitatie-, evaluatie
- en exitgesprekken
- Het opmaken van uurroosters en dagplanningen
- Het trainen van jouw team op klantvriendelijkheid en klantenbeleving
- Het analyseren en verbeteren van kpi’s (productiviteit - omzet - foodcost)
- Het hands-on bijspringen waar nodig
**Wat heb je nodig om succesvol te zijn als Retail Hospitality Manager?**
- Je hebt ervaring in het aansturen van een team in een hospitality omgeving
- Je houdt ervan klanten in de watten te legen en bij te dragen aan een unieke klantenbeleving
- Je hebt verantwoordelijkheidszin
- Je bent flexibel om op zaterdag en/of zondag te werken
**Wat je in ruil mag verwachten**
In ruil voor deze fantastische opportuniteit als Retail Hospitalisatie Manager wordt jouw inzet beloond met:
- Een marktconform salaris
- Ecocheques (€250/jaar)
- 5 dagen werkweek - 2 vrije dagen
- 22 verlofdagen
