Functieomschrijving

Je komt terecht binnen de dienst IT en staat in voor de algemene ondersteuning van de IT verantwoordelijke:

- Beheer van gebruikersaccounts in Google workspace for nonprofits;
- Ondersteuning bij het installeren en gebruiksklaar maken van nieuwe laptops/PC’s;
- Ondersteuning bij het onderhouden en plaatsen van de hardware (switches, access points, NAS, rack, );
- Ondersteuning bij de installatie en het onderhoud van de verschillende binnen de organisatie gebruikte softwarepakketten o.a. MS office, antivirus, google workspace, VMware, ;
- Configuratie, installatie en onderhoud van een back-up plan en systeem;
- Opvolgen en opstellen van een licentieplan;
- Telefonische ondersteuning bij software
- en hardware problemen bij medewerkers;
- Aanmaken van gebruikers en andere objecten in Active Directory;
- Ondersteuning en onderhoud bij het beheer van de VOIP-apparatuur en -centrale (3CX).

Profiel
- Je hebt een bachelordiploma in een relevante richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Een grondige algemene kennis van besturingssystemen en netwerken;
- Kennis van Active directory;
- Een logisch redeneervermogen en sterk eenvoudig oplossingsgericht denken;
- Een vlotte, heldere communicatiestijl naar medewerkers en externen toe;
- Je bent een goede teamspeler en stelt je flexibel op;
- Ervaring met netwerken, back-up, VOIP is nuttig.

Jobgerelateerde competenties
- De opvolggegevens van interventies registreren en de informatie doorgeven aan de betrokken dienst
- Het materiaal en de uitrusting schoonmaken en instellen

Aanbod

- Flexibiliteit in uurrooster & mogelijkheid tot thuiswerk (binnen een halftijdse functie: 1 dag per week).
