**Wat houdt de functie in?**:
Als **Logistic expert** ben je verantwoordelijk voor het toezicht van de logistieke activiteiten van de Business Unit. Je fungeert als single point of contact (SPOC) voor vragen van de klanten (zowel intern als extern).

Je zorgt ervoor dat aan alle Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) en Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) wordt voldaan. Je bent hiernaast verantwoordelijk voor:

- Het optreden als Single Point of Contact (SPOC) voor klanten in de business unit, vragen beantwoorden en problemen tijdig oplossen.
- Het samenwerken met het logistieke team om problemen tijdens het supply chain-proces te identificeren en op te lossen.
- Het Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) te bewaken en erover te rapporteren om trends en verbeterpunten te identificeren.
- Het uitvoeren van regelmatige voorraad controles om optimale voorraadniveaus te handhaven en voorraaduitval of te grote voorraden te voorkomen.
- Het toepassen van verbeteringsprocessen en het implementeren van logistieke activiteiten te stroomlijnen.

- Je hebt reeds een eerste werkervaring binnen een warehouse of logistieke ervaring.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de communicatie met interne en externe klanten.
- Je denkt in oplossingen, niet in problemen.
- Je bent analytisch aangelegd en hebt geen moeite om verbeterpunten om te identificeren.
- Je hebt oog voor detail zonder overzicht te verliezen van de overkoepelende processen.
