Telenet, a top telecom and entertainment firm, engages with over 8 million customers. It runs about 300 Telenet and BASE shops across Belgium. With over 1500 staff focused on customer service, the company manages a broad range of data within its Operations. customer, product, interaction data).
Within the Customer Operations Steering Tribe (part of the larger Customer Operations Circle), we are looking for a **Senior Reporting Specialist **to become a part of our Customer Operations Office Team, where we will use data to support, challenge and inspire our Telenet, BASE & back-office customer operations colleagues with clear recommendations, actionable insights, and efficient self-service dashboards.
Provide our Customer Operations Leadership with a sense of calm, clarity and predictability by actively seeking to understand the plans and ambitions of internal and external stakeholders that significantly impact our operations. Our second mission is to promote transparency and understanding of the Customer Operations throughout the organization by providing clear and accessible information that enables leadership stakeholders to comprehend the bigger pictures **.**
**The focus of this expert is to create top-notch reports to support data-driven decision making within our Operations circle.
**Your Key Responsibilities As a Senior Reporting Specialist is to:
To complete this amazing team of 8 people, I am looking for a “Reporting Specialist” to support our business stakeholders with top-notch reports by using Qliksense to support in data-driven decision making:
**Define requirements **in collaboration with our business stakeholders
**Translate **the business requirements **in a mock-op design **of the dashboard and discuss with business stakeholders
**Build the data architecture model **to support efficient and consistent data loads and ensure a high level of data correctness
**Use appropriate data visualizations **that supports the purpose of the report
Provide training to our business stakeholders to ensure that the report lands within the organization
**Present reports **in a monthly Steering Meeting towards our Operations’ (Senior) Leadership incl. Tribe Leads, VP Operations
**Maintain **a limited set of created **structural reports **and dashboards and perform data checks
**Our ideal Senior Reporting Specialist has**:
Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Business Engineering, Applied Economics, Computer Sciences, Information Management ) or equivalent by experience
Looking for professionals and **more experienced (+7 years) data experts **with experience in Telecom, Entertainment, Consulting or similar industries is a plus
**Experience with QlikSense is a pre-requisite**
Strong acumen in quantitative analytics and structured problem solving
Excellent presentation and storytelling skills and ability to influence decision makers
Fluent in English and preferably in Dutch/French
