**We are currently offering a great Mechanical CAD Modeling internship opportunity for a driven student to contribute to the out-of-the-box (CAD model) creation for BricsCAD Mechanical.**

As a Mechanical CAD Modeler, you will
- Create 2D and 3D models of standardized mechanical tools and fasteners, and parametric Mechanical Blocks.
- Improve to the out-of-the-box experience of our unique-to-BricsCAD productivity toolset for our 2D and 3D BricsCAD Mechanical customers.
- Help test specified MCAD workflows and document issues faced.
- Directly work with the BricsCAD Mechanical Product Management Team, and engage with the Development Teams where needed, to contribute to the focus and growth strategy of BricsCAD Mechanical and the success of Bricsys as a whole.

**Is this you?**
- You have good, hands-on skills in MCAD software (any package) and good understanding of mechanical (drafting) standards, s.a. DIN, ANSI and ISO.
- You have an analytical mindset and capability to clearly define software deficit descriptions.
- You are student at a Belgian university and passed 1st year of a relevant technical degree or vocational training (e.g. BSc or MSc Mechanical Engineering.)
- You are able to realistically plan your own work and work independently and reliably.
- You are able to coordinate your work with team members and you are open and honest in communication.
- You have professional proficiency in English. Dutch is advantageous but not essential.
- You are eager and available to start at a rather short notice.

Knowledge of any of the following is a plus:

- Camtasia video production software.
