**The opportunity**

Goodman is providing a full suite of real estate related services to legal entities we manage across Continental Europe. Invoicing these services is an important recurring workstream the Brussels based Shared Service Centre is taking care of.

We are looking for a new Accounts Receivable Officer to support this workstream. This role takes end-to-end ownership of the accounts receivable work flow.

**Accountabilities and duties**
- Raising all intercompany and related party sales invoices
- Follow-up of intercompany sales invoices settlement supported by a dashboard
- Managing the approval process related to the intercompany and related party invoices
- Ensuring the efficient, timely and correct recording of the sales invoices in Unit4 Financials (by using upload files)
- Maintaining an up to standard quality of the sales invoices
- Managing the sales invoices process when external accountants are involved
- Sending created sales invoices to the different legal entities for filing
- Assisting in the completion of month end AR reports
- Monthly Filing
- Ad hoc duties as requested

**Who are we looking for?**
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Economics and have at least 3 years relevant working experience within the accountancy domain and preferably in an international corporate environment
- You are fluent in English with strong communication skills - any other language is a plus
- You have ability to communicate and engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
- You have the ability to work in a diverse, multi-cultural and international environment
- You have an eye for detail
- You are deadline-driven
- You are a true multitasker with adequate organisational skills.
