Wij zijn op zoek naar een Product Genius voor de BMW concessie te Woluwe.
Voor de Jean-Michel Martin Group zijn we op zoek naar een assistent accountant voor ons dealerschip te Woluwe.
De J-M Martin Group dankt zijn filosofie aan zijn oprichter, autopiloot Jean-Michel Martin. Ons motto, geërfd van de autosport, "Een passie voor prestaties".
Deze passie wordt gedeeld door een heel team van zorgvuldig geselecteerde medewerkers, ongeacht hun functie. Het wordt elke dag weerspiegeld in de hoogwaardige diensten die we onze klanten bieden.
**Functie**:
Als Product Genius ben jij niet alleen expert maar ook vertegenwoordiger van ons merk. Je ontvangt de klanten in de showroom met een glimlach en brengt hun behoeften in kaart. Je deelt je kennis over de wagens en de systemen en vertaalt de noden van de klanten naar de configuratie van hun droomwagen. Vervolgens laat je hen kennis maken met premium rijplezier door het organiseren van testritten. Eens de klant overtuigd is van zijn nieuwe wagen, vervolledigt de Sales Advisor het proces.
**Profiel**:
- Je bent een vlotte communicator en voelt makkelijk aan wat de klant wil en hoe hij wenst behandeld te worden,
- Je hebt een commerciële opleiding gevolgd of hebt ervaring in het ontvangen van klanten en het bieden van premium service,
- Je hebt een premium uiterlijk en straalt de stijl van onze topmerken uit,
- Je heeft oog voor de details die het verschil kunnen maken,
- Je hebt een oprechte passie voor de automobiel, en hebt een uitstekende kennis van de sector en onze producten,
- Je bent flexibel naar uren toe en bereid bent om op zaterdag te werken,
- Je deelt onze passie voor prestaties,
- Je spreekt Nederlands, Frans en Engels,
- Je bent actief op sociale media en bent gepassioneerd door de nieuwste technologieën
