**Dit is jouw topjob**:
We zijn op zoek naar een **Actuaris Pricing Strategy** die het departement **Marketing & Strategic Development Non-Life** zal vervoegen. Dit departement is verantwoordelijk voor het definiëren en uitvoeren van de strategie Non-Life door de ontwikkeling en de aanpassing van de producten Non Life, en de opvolging van hun rentabiliteit.

Voor het team **Pricing Strategy**, dat zich bezighoudt met de commerciële pricingpolitiek, zoekt AG Insurance een **Junior Actuaris**.
- Je maakt **cijfermatige analyses** ter ondersteuning van de commerciële aspecten van pricing, analyseert de evoluties van de geïmplementeerde strategieën en maakt reportings op; je volgt key-indicatoren op.
- Je werkt mee aan **een brede waaier aan pricing-gerelateerde analyses **voor verschillende producten (autoverzekering, woningverzekering, burgerlijke aansprakelijkheid en arbeidsongevallen)**,** je zoekt naar manieren om de segmentatie en commerciële aanpak te verbeteren en daarmee ook operationele efficiëntie te winnen, en je ontwikkelt modellen voor het evalueren van de uitkomst van de strategieën.
- Je werkt mee aan **de ontwikkeling van de commerciële pricing politiek** zowel voor Particulieren als KMO’s, door trends te bestuderen, de redenen hierachter uit te zoeken en te analyseren, deze analyses af te stemmen met de collega’s in Underwriting en Sales, en dit voor zowel het bankkanaal als het makelaarskanaal.
- In samenwerking met de collega’s van Market Development, Applications, Underwriting & Process, neem je deel aan de lancering van nieuwe tools en systemen, en het onderhouden en updaten hiervan.
- Je beantwoordt specifieke vragen van je interne klanten (beheer, sales,).

**Dit ben jij helemaal**:

- Je beschikt over kennis van toegepaste statistische technieken;
- Je beschikt over kennis in SAS of bent bereid dit aan te leren;
- Ervaring in “Non-Life” producten en pricing is een troef;
- Je bent tweetalig Nederlands-Frans; je beschikt over goede vaardigheden in het Engels;
- Je beheerst Microsoft Office toepassingen, m.n. Excel en PowerPoint;
- Je bent dynamisch, creatief en nauwgezet;
- Je hebt een analytische geest, pakt de problemen op een gestructureerde wijze aan en gaat op zoek naar pragmatische oplossingen;
- Je maakt graag deel uit van een team en je kan functioneren in een projectstructuur, maar je kan ook zelfstandig werken;
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
- Je staat open voor vernieuwing en je bent leergierig;
- Je bezit een universitair met een master in actuariële wetenschappen of een andere wiskundige of statistische richting.
