**Patronale Life** is een levensverzekeringen
- en kredietmaatschappij die haar klanten bijstaat in de opbouw van hun vermogen. Zij biedt verzekeringen met gewaarborgd kapitaal en interest aan (Tak 21 en Tak 26), evenals verzekeringen verbonden aan fondsen (Tak 23). Patronale Life is een levensverzekeringsmaatschappij die kan terugkijken op bijna een eeuw ervaring met hypotheken en het beheer van spaargelden. Patronale heeft in de afgelopen jaren ook haar focus gelegd op hernieuwbare energie en immobiliën.

- **Patronale Solar** die expert is in het ontwikkelen, realiseren, beheren en financieren van projecten en innovaties in (hernieuwbare) energie
- **Patronale Real Estate** is actief als investeerder van logistieke en semi-industriële projecten
- **Banimmo**, beursgenoteerde vastgoedontwikkelaar sedert 20 jaar en heeft een verhuurportfolio van ca. 38.459 m² kantoorgebouwen en ca. 281.000 m² te ontwikkelen grondbank.
- **HypoConnect** is het grootste commercieel platform voor hypothecair krediet en is daarmee de referentie in België voor meer dan 700 makelaars, met het grootste aanbod in de markt en dit zowel op vlak van kredieten als verzekeringen.
**Patronale Life** is een financiële speler met een menselijk gezicht die de ambitie heeft om te blijven groeien en zoekt enthousiaste medewerkers om hieraan bij te dragen en is momenteel op zoek naar een **Product Manager Life & Credits.**
**Functie**:
Als **Product Manager Life & Credits** ben je verantwoordelijk voor het succes van onze producten door het ontwikkelen van levensverzekerings
- en kredietproducten die op een rendabele manier bijdragen aan de groei van de maatschappij, zonder de belangen van de klant uit het oog te verliezen.
**Wat betekent dit concreet?**
Onder leiding van de Manager van de afdeling Sales en Marketing en in samenwerking met Sales & Marketing, Business Operations, Risk & Actuary, Compliance, en Legal (binnen een team van 8 collega’s) voer je de volgende taken uit:
- Je voert markstudies en analyses uit en adviseert het management over de context van onze producten binnen de grotere levensverzekeringmarkt.
- Je adviseert de directie bij het bepalen van het strategisch productbeleid.
- Je beheert de PARP - het Product Approval and Review Process voor nieuwe en bestaande producten:
- Je voert marktanalyses uit of zet ze op gang.
- Je stelt behoefteanalyses op.
- Je onderhoudt een overzicht van de productkenmerken.
- Je helpt met het definiëren van de doelmarkt, de distributiekanalen, en de distributiestrategie.
- Je voert de product testing en financiële analyses uit.
- Je helpt waken over de belangen van de klant en behoedt het product voor belangenconflicten.
- Je helpt de acceptatiepolitiek te definiëren.
- Je stelt de nodige productdocumenten op en onderhoudt ze: algemene voorwaarden, essentiële informatiedocumenten, beheersreglementen, prospectussen, intekenformulieren, etc.
- Je ontwerpt nieuwe product
- en contractuele documenten of past ze aan.
- Je volgt de wettelijke context van de producten en diensten op en houdt ze compliant met de nieuwste reglementeringen.
- Je deelt je expertise wat betreft de gedetailleerde werking van onze producten en diensten en stelt deze ter beschikking van interne stakeholders.
- Voor al deze taken kun je op steun rekenen van de voornaamste stakeholders: Business Operations Leven, Business Operations Hypotheken, Sales & Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Interne Audit, en Risk & Actuary.
- Tenslotte onderhoud je contacten met makelaars en met klanten om steeds een zo volledig mogelijk beeld te hebben van de context waarin de maatschappij opereert.

**Wie zoeken wij?**
- Minimaal een bachelor in een economische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt kennis van verzekeringen.
- Je kan zelfstandig en nauwgezet werken.
- Je bent organisatorisch sterk en beschikt over verantwoordelijkheidszin.
- Je hebt goede communicatie vaardigheden zowel met collega’s als makelaars.
- Je kan vlot met een computer en de gangbare toepassingen overweg (Word, Outlook, PDF).
- Je hebt grondige kennis van excel (filteren, zoeken, draaitabellen, werken met formules)
- Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands en het Frans (zowel schriftelijk als mondeling).
