Le Product Manager Assurances épargne et placements est responsable de la gestion, de l'innovation, du développement et de la rationalisation des produits dans son domaine....**responsabilités**:
- Product Management:
- La formulation proactive de propositions de développement et de l'innovation de produits (produits ou services existants/nouveaux) conformément à la stratégie de la banque et aux besoins du client ;
- La gestion de la rentabilité et la fixation du pricing. La détermination du pricing de base, d´un cadre de référence par type de client et des règles en matière d´exceptions afin de garantir la rentabilité de la ligne de produits, compte tenu de la concurrence ;
- Le monitoring des évolutions en matière de réglementation, technologie, besoins des clients et concurrence en général et, le cas échéant, y adapter la gamme ;
- Approche transversale : Exécuter les diverses missions décrites avec la plus grande implication et collaboration possible de diverses parties prenantes internes (PPRA, Digital, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Taxe, Finance, Project Management, IT,...) ou externes (consultants, prestataires de service,...).
Commercial Management- La promotion de la gamme de produits afin de veiller à accroître la prise de conscience interne et externe (fiches de produits, présentations, dossiers de produits, brochures, webinaires, campagnes commerciales, événements clients....)
- La mise à la disposition de sales/distribution de tous les instruments et formations nécessaires pour leur permettre de fournir des conseils d´experts sur le plan technique et commercial aux clients et de les soutenir dans la réalisation des objectifs ;
- Avoir le rôle d´interlocuteur/référence pour la gamme de produits et veiller à sa propre visibilité de manière proactive. Gestion des connaissances sur les caractéristiques (techniques) des produits, la concurrence, la réglementation (fiscale), les processus, les technologies,... ;**qualifications**:
- vous êtes titulaire d´un diplôme universitaire à orientation économique ou juridique, ou vous disposez d´un bagage similaire sur la base de votre expérience, et le monde des assurances et des marchés financiers vous passionne ;
- vous pouvez montrer une première expérience dans le domaine, en tant que product/commercial manager dans le domaine des produits d'assurance vie ;
- vous avez un esprit analytique mais aussi commercial et vous faites preuve de créativité dans la recherche d´opportunités et de solutions adéquates ;
- vous êtes capable de travailler de manière autonome et d´obtenir des résultats dans les délais impartis, en tenant compte des différentes parties prenantes ;
- vous avez le sens de la communication, tant à l´écrit qu´à l´oral ;
- vous faites preuve de flexibilité et vous êtes polyvalent ;
- enfin, vous êtes bon bilingue français/néerlandais.**Qu'offrons-nous**:
