What you'll do
Within the 'Life' department, which manages life insurance products and processes from product development and sales to product management, the 'Marketing & Market Communication' department defines the strategy for attracting and retaining customers in order to increase sales of our products and services.
This team of 10 colleagues is just waiting for his new colleague
You will therefore be responsible, among several other things, for:
- Monitor market trends and developments both in terms of customer and broker needs and the products and services offered by competitors. You will detect opportunities to develop or adjust products and identify marketing actions;
- You will also be responsible for the development and implementation of new products or services, including the development and implementation of a new product or service;
- Draft, in consultation with the departments concerned, the documents relating to products and contracts (general and special conditions, financial information sheet, technical information sheet, insurance proposal, etc.) and ensure that they are regularly updated;
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales departments to develop marketing campaigns, create the necessary sales materials (including training materials for brokers) and participate in the commercial launch of new products and services.
- Inform & train, proactively or on request, colleagues, especially those in the Sales and Production departments, on products and their evolution.
Who we're looking for
- You have at least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Insurance.
- You will have at least 3 years experience in a similar position in the insurance sector and more specifically in Life products.
- You have a solid grounding in life insurance (branches 21 and 23 and their general conditions) and are familiar with insurance legislation and taxation.
- You have experience in project management.
- You are a French or Dutch speaker with a good command of the other national language and you can work in English; you can also easily give your opinion and formulate your recommendations both orally and in writing.
- You have an analytical mind.
- You are flexible and open to change and can work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- You are autonomous and take the initiative.
- You are of course a team player.
