**About our SaaS Solution**:
We develop and operate advanced analytical services to enrich the monitoring data by:
- satellite imaging data,
- meteorological modelling,
- advanced system modelling,

The platform combines domains related to big data, high-performance processing, IoT protocols and AI and is the product of the interactions between a multidisciplinary team of developers, scientists, renewable energy architects, electrical engineers, and enthusiast sales that implement, operate and commercialize SynaptiQ worldwide.
The added value realized by SynaptiQ is performance improvement and operational cost reduction for its Operations & Maintenance customers.
**The Role**:
We are seeking a Product Manager with a strong background in B2B SaaS product management and renewable energy. You will spearhead the development and implementation of our product strategy, encompassing market analysis, positioning, user experience, packaging, sales, and operations. Your role is pivotal in driving our SaaS business, requiring a keen focus on project and supplier management to ensure timely and efficient delivery aligned with our innovation roadmap.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Market Analysis and Strategy Development**:
- Conduct ongoing market trend analysis and competitive assessments.
- Deeply understand our clients’ personas, gather feedback effectively, and structure market analysis following SaaS best-practices.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy.
- **Product Roadmap and Prioritization**:
- Scope and prioritize needs to create a realistic product roadmap, aligning with available resources.
- Translate needs into actionable product requirements, managing the full cycle of product development.
- **Project and Supplier Management**:
- Rigorously manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring adherence to plans and contracts.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring their performance aligns with our innovation roadmap and business objectives.
- Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution and innovation in product development.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:
- Work closely with marketing to build and update product packaging & pricing.
- Train sales and operations teams for commercial success and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the R&D team and external partners on key innovation projects.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS product management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Understanding of power markets, flexibility, and storage within the renewable energy domain.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset, with a hands-on, autonomous, and solution-driven approach in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional client comprehension and empathy.
- Proactive team player with strong collaborative skills.
- Excellent analytical abilities, attention to detail, and capability to synthesize complex information.
- Affinity with digital solutions and data analytics in the renewable energy industry.
- Demonstrated skills in project and supplier management, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and contractual obligations.
