De Product Manager Life Investments is verantwoordelijk voor het beheer, de innovatie, de ontwikkeling en de rationalisering van de producten in zijn/haar vakgebied.
Hij/zij is verantwoordelijk voor de algemene strategische productmix, inclusief markt
- en concurrentiemonitoring, (fiscale) regelgeving, prijsstelling en winstgevendheid van zijn/haar producten (omzetten, marges,...), ingebruikname van netwerken, afsluiten van externe partnerschappen, alsmede verkoop(ondersteuning) om bij te dragen aan :...**hoofdverantwoordelijkheden**:
- Productbeheer:
- Proactief formuleren van voorstellen voor productontwikkeling en innovatie (bestaande/nieuwe producten of diensten) in lijn met de strategie van de bank en de behoeften van de klant;
- Winstgevendheid en prijsstelling. Vaststelling van de basisprijzen, een referentiekader per type klant en de regels voor uitzonderingen om de winstgevendheid van de productlijn te waarborgen, rekening houdend met de concurrentie;
- de ontwikkelingen op het gebied van regelgeving, technologie, consumentenbehoeften en concurrentie in het algemeen te volgen en het aanbod zo nodig aan te passen;
- Cross-functionele aanpak: De verschillende beschreven taken uitvoeren met de grootst mogelijke betrokkenheid en samenwerking van verschillende interne (PPRA, Digital, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Tax, Finance, Project Management, IT,...) of externe (consultants, service providers,...) stakeholders.
Commercieel Beheer- Promotie van het productassortiment om te zorgen voor een grotere interne en externe bekendheid (productbladen, presentaties, productfolders, brochures, webinars, verkoopcampagnes, klantenevenementen....)
- De verkoop/distributie voorzien van alle nodige hulpmiddelen en opleiding om de klanten deskundig technisch en commercieel advies te kunnen verstrekken en hen te ondersteunen bij het bereiken van hun doelstellingen;
- Optreden als contactpunt/referentiepunt voor het productassortiment en proactief zorgen voor de eigen zichtbaarheid ervan. Kennisbeheer over (technische) productkenmerken, concurrentie, (fiscale) regelgeving, processen, technologieën,... ;**jouw aanbod**:
- U hebt een universitair diploma met een economische of juridische oriëntatie, of u hebt een soortgelijke achtergrond op basis van uw ervaring, en u bent gepassioneerd door de wereld van verzekeringen en financiële markten;
- U kunt aantonen dat u een eerste ervaring hebt opgedaan als product-/commercieel beheerder op het gebied van levensverzekeringsproducten;
- U hebt een analytische maar ook commerciële geest en u bent creatief in het vinden van mogelijkheden en oplossingen;
- U bent in staat autonoom te werken en op tijd resultaten te leveren, rekening houdend met de verschillende stakeholders;
- Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling;
- Je bent flexibel en veelzijdig;
