Talent Acquisition Specialist IT Sector

We are actively looking for a Talent Acquisition specialist in Leuven for one of our client in the IT sector.
As a Talent Acquisition specialist, you are a member of the ambitious Recruitment team. You are responsible for different kinds of research, depending on the needs of the different departments and for the team management. Daily, you are responsible to improve and optimize the recruitment processes. But your mission is not only limited to that. In collaboration with the rest of the HR team, you are responsible for handling various soft HR issues and you advise the the managers on questions related to your domain of expertise.
Function:
- Understand and analyses the different needs in terms of recruitment for the HQ and the Belgian sites
- Contribute actively to the development of recruitment projects in collaboration with the global recruitment team
**Profile**:
- At least a bachelor’s degree in HR (or equivalent field) and a first experience in the recruitment sector or soft HR
- Thanks to a good problem-solving ability and strong organisational skills, you can adapt quickly to different situations and people
- Excellent communication skills in English, a good knowledge of French and Dutch
- You are a proactive, dynamic, creative, professional, and flexible person
