Voor onze klant in Sint-Niklaas, een bedrijf dat alles verkoopt voor in en rond het huis, zoeken wij een voorraadbeheerder.

Je analyseert en beoordeelt de dynamische voorraad. Je analyseert proactief de voorstellen voor levering in ons ERP systeem om de beschikbaarheden te optimaliseren en maakt de effectieve aankooporders op. - Je staat in voor de volledige follow up van de bestellingen. Je bent in contact met de leveranciers om de leveringstermijnen van de openstaande orders op te volgen en tevens te bespoedigen. Je volgt de tekorten op en je zorgt voor de juiste data input in het ERP systeem. - Je maakt concrete logistieke & operationele afspraken met je leveranciers teneinde de voorraden te optimaliseren en dit met behoud van de hoge beschikbaarheidslevels. - Je berekent de servicelevels en bespreekt deze met uw leveranciers in uw portefeuille. Je werkt actief mee aan de stock optimalisaties, analyseert de diverse gegevens die nodig zijn voor het opmaken van een adequate planning en forecast. - Je detecteert tevens knelpunten en vervult hieromtrent een adviserende rol naar Category management en logistiek toe, zodat de gepaste structurele maatregelen kunnen worden genomen.
Je rapporteert aan de Demand & Inventory Manager.

- Je genoot een hogere

opleiding (Bachelor niveau) of hebt een gelijkwaardige kennis door ervaring

Je bent cijfermatig ingesteld

Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel

Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Frans is een pluspunt.

Je hebt een probleemoplossende en proactieve aanpak

Je bent stressbestendig

Je bent een teamplayer

Je bent assertief, hebt een positieve no-nonsense attitude en vooral veel goèsting om erin te vliegen
