- You have solid experience as a leader and you are a real teamplayer, which enables you to solve problems and make decisions in a challenging and ever-changing retail environment.
- You challenge both yourself and your team to exceed the expectations of our customers and constantly find new and better ways of working.
- You protect the relevant, attractive and strong character of the IKEA brand by drawing on your creativity, graphic skills and good sense of aesthetic. As well as by leading your team to design creating relevant, functional, aesthetic, inspiring, sustainable, affordable and commercial range presentations that exceed visitors’ expectations, strengthen the IKEA brand and convert more visitors into customers.
- You have a qualification in home interior design and/or a great deal of experience in the industry.
- You always put customers in focus in everything you do
**Your responsibilities**
'- You inspire and engage your team to keep the IKEA store vital, up to date and innovative, in order to always offer something new for our customers
- Together with your team you are responsible for the home furnishing solutions (room sets) and sales support areas, that reflect a wide variety of styles, living situations and price levels
- Together with our team you implement range presentations with high quality, strong visual impact and efficiency that provide an inspiring and convenient shopping experience for our customers and that will strengthen the uniqueness of the IKEA brand identity
- You use your knowledge of home life and shopping behaviour to improve the graphic communication inside and outside the IKEA store. You put the customer at the heart of everything you do
- You think up and implement graphic solutions that support the commercial strategy by drawing on your skills in graphic design and your knowledge of the IKEA-concept and our vision.
- You translate the businessplan of the store into specific action plans for your department.
- You recruit, develop, inspire, engage and lead your team in achieving the goals, with the aim of long-term growth and profitability.
- Together with the team you create clear and consistent communication throughout the store.
