**Your mission**:
You’ll be leading our dynamic Design department to deliver the best workspaces for our forward-thinking clients. You'll manage our talented designers through all stages of the projects and ensure they’re tailored to our client's specific needs.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Communicating with our clients and the design team
- Listening to our clients and understanding their needs
- Managing our design team to deliver tailored solutions that reflect the client's needs
- Monitoring timelines and scope of work
- Leading the client through the design process from research all the way through execution proposals
- Overseeing presentations for each phase of our Design Service
- Joining lead meetings, meeting potential clients and seeing their spaces
- Preparing design service proposals and coordinating lead presentations
- Organizing technical building analysis together with our Build Lead
- Organizing workshops with our partners, for the team and for clients (we’ll train you)
- Leading our design team to develop inspiring, tailored, feasible solutions, from initial sketches and concepts to final construction documents, 3D renders, and proposals
- Participating in site visits to be familiar with the interiors before and during the design process
- Working closely with our Build Department to develop budgets and timelines
- Supporting our Build team to ensure designs are implemented following the vision
- Wrapping up every project well, ensuring that we deliver a beautiful, finished space

**Requirements**:
**Your profile**:
**Required**
- You own a degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- You’re knowledgeable about interior construction materials and processes
- You’re fluent in English and Dutch or French

**Preferred**
- You’ve worked on commercial interior design projects (ideally fit-out, design & build)
- You’re a strong project manager
- You have a driving license
