**Function**:
We are looking for a level II prevention advisor for our sites in Ghent.

The well-being and safety of our employees is central, which is why we want to take our safety policy to a higher level.
As a driven specialist in the field of safety, health & environment, you will be working closely with our prevention advisor (level I).
- Your tasks:_
- Implementing a safety, health and welfare policy for all units in Ghent.
- Participating in drawing up various procedures.
- Drawing up and developing new prevention measures.
- Be the point of contact for questions and comments about health, safety, environment, ergonomics.
- Monitoring safety awareness within the company and compliance with the safety instructions, encouraging and motivating employees to contribute to a safe working environment.
- Carrying out risk analyses.
- Investigating occupational accidents and incidents, formulating advice and taking the necessary corrective actions.
- Coordinating and organizing activities such as: internal audits, external audits, training to promote well-being and safety within the company, workplace inspection,...

- Diploma in prevention advisor level II.
- Very good communication skills in Dutch and English, good basic knowledge of French.
- Passion for safety, prevention, quality, environment and well-being.
- Proactive attitude: you work preventively in your field and do not wait for problems to arise.
- Being able to work independently: you will end up in a team that you can fall back on if you have any questions, but you are also expected to be able to make decisions independently.
- Administrative and organizational skills are a must: you have a digital mindset
