**Job Description**:
As a receptionist you are the ‘go to’ person for the Belgium department of GfK and you’re the warm welcome for our visitors. It’s important to you to connect people with the right colleagues through the phone and to help your colleagues with administrative support.

As a receptionist, the following will be your key activities:

- You answer incoming calls
- You are responsible for the coordination of post / courier services and deliveries
- You make sure visitors feel welcome and receive the necessary (badge, WIFI password, )
- You are responsible for the organization of small and larger catering (lunch, meetings, events,..)
- You help your colleagues with their travel arrangements
- You are responsible for the PO creation for office supplies and catering
- You search for supplier solutions to assist the managers

What skills, qualifications and experience should you have?
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- You are fluent in English, Dutch and French
- You can work autonomously
- You are an organizational talent and like to take initiative
- You have strong relational skills and are communicative
- You can manage stressful situations and are flexible when necessary
