QA&i Lead

**Objective**

The primary objective is to inspire and provide guidance to our quality and inventory specialists. Additionally, the QA & I Lead assists the warehouse supervisors with matters related to the quality of incoming and outgoing products.

**MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Oversee and monitor quality-related concerns
- Present these issues during meetings with the operations manager and management team.
- Maintain inventory records, including pallets that need to be returned to customers or require special handling compared to standard incoming and outgoing products.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to address recurring mistakes that impact quality and work together to develop effective solutions
