Introductie
IT-Planet is dé HR specialist voor flexibele en tijdelijke staffing in IT. Wij verzorgen IT-projecten bij diverse top 100-klanten over heel Vlaanderen en Brussel in volgende IT-domeinen: Application Development, Infrastructure Services & Software Testing. Met 15 jaar ervaring achter de kiezen kunnen wij perfect tegemoet komen aan jouw individuele noden. Bij ons kan en mag je groeien en leren, kortom floreren in jouw job. Sounds good? Op vandaag hebben wij reeds 180 fijne collega’s op project. Om ons team verder te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een **Solution Analyst** om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in **Mechelen**.

Functie
We zoeken een solution analyst die allround kan worden ingezet. Dit wil zeggen in verschillende rollen (system requirement analyst, proces design & testing) in de projecten. Anderzijds zal de persoon ook worden opgeleid in de functionele ombuds (run) om operationele issues bij onze zelfstandinge ondernemers mee te helpen oplossen in second line support.
Type projecten: uiteenlopend qua onderwerp. We ondersteunen de Group in al z’n facetten: van aankoop, tot marketing, tot verkoop, enz. Projecten gaan dus ook uiteenlopend in onderwerp. Rode draad is software aanpassingen, nieuwe processen, en change.
Concrete taken:
- Functioneel aanspreekpunt.
- Verder in kaart brengen AS IS.
- TO BE verder uitwerken. Wat is de fit gap met de AS IS? Wat zijn opportuniteiten naar de toekomst toe?
- Uitwerken informatie
- en datamodel.
- Aanpassen gebruikersprocessen
- Mee de uitrol en implementatie van de oplossing ondersteunen.
- Uitschrijven, uitvoeren en valideren van testen.
- Functioneel mee ondersteuning bieden in de RUN activiteiten van de ombudswerking van RPCG. Na een grondige inwerkperiode, zal de consultant mee functionele ondersteuning bieden in tweede lijn.
