**LE CONTEXTE**
Dans le cadre des projets ambitieux que nous menons auprès de nos clients, nous recherchons plusieurs **_Junior Mainframe IT Administrators _**afin de renforcer notre équipe Mainframe services.

En tant que Junior Mainframe IT Administrator, vous intégrez une équipe dynamique composée de profils d'experts. Vous travaillez dans le domaine du Mainframe, une technologie qui est encore aujourd'hui tout à fait indispensable à certains types de clients comme des grandes banques et assurance. Le Mainframe suscite un regain d'intérêt auprès des jeunes diplômés par les opportunités et perspectives qu'il offre.

**VOTRE MISSION**

Concrétement, vous **administrez, opérez et sécurisez** le domaine technique. Vous optimisez la disponibilité et les performances en fonction des niveaux de services convenus.

Vous êtes en charge de:

- Effectuer l’installation, l’administration, la configuration, le paramétrage, la mise à niveau et les tests ;
- Assurer le monitoring, la surveillance et intervenir pour assurer et/ou rétablir la continuité de service ;
- Contrôler et administrer les accès ;
- Optimiser et automatiser les processus d’administration et d’opération, mettre en place des outils de monitoring ;
- Soutenir les utilisateurs et résoudre les incidents opérationnels ;
- Assurer le reporting des activités de maintenance et des performances;
- Rédiger et tenir à jour la documentation opérationnelle, les plans/schémas et les procédures nécessaires ;
- Contribuer aux processus ITIL : Incident, Problem, Availability, Change and Configuration Management

**VOTRE PROFIL**
- Bachelier IT ou formation équivalente
- Niveau opérationnel en français et en anglais. Le néerlandais est un atout non négligeable.
- Intérêt pour des faire du z/OS, DB2, CICS, MQ ou IMS
