Vos responsabilités
Être la personne de référence pour tout ce qui touche au suivi:
Assurer l'installation, la configuration et la maintenance du pack de gestion ou de l'add-on pour les outils ci-dessous afin qu'ils s'intègrent à la plateforme SCOM : DMC (DB2), Dynatrace, Grafana, JMeter, EView (iSeries), OpenShift
Créer des flux d'intégration avec notre outil de ticketing Jira (produit Atlassian/Atlassian Data Center), afin de convertir automatiquement certaines alertes en tickets automatisés (sans intervention manuelle)
Créer des dashboards SquaredUp et améliorer les dashboards existantes
Assurer un transfert de connaissances fréquent aux équipes de production et répondre à leurs questions

Votre profil
Vous avez un diplôme de bachelier en informatique ou au moins 2 ans d'expérience utile dans le développement/la maintenance de packs de gestion de monitoring (management pack monitoring)
La connaissance de l'event/alerting/monitoring (les principes généraux) sera appréciée.
La connaissance de SCOM/SquaredUp est essentielle (ou un atout) et la connaissance de tout autre outil tel que Dynatrace, Grafana/Prometheus, Azure Cloud est aussi un atout.
Vous avez des connaissances de base en administration de serveurs Windows et Linux.
**Vous avez des notions de base en réseau**: DNS, firewall, routeur, LAN/WAN, VPN, F5 et Meraki.
Vous avez la connaissance de la structure des fichiers XML (un atout important), JSON et CSV.
**Connaître les langages de script est un véritable atout**: PowerShell, Bash/Shell, Sequel Query Language.
