**Hoe zal je Brussel laten bewegen?**:
Als Corporate Data & Reporting Officer help je de onderneming te stimuleren en te ondersteunen bij het realiseren van haar visie en het voorbereiden van haar toekomst. Meer in het bijzonder werk je mee aan de ontwikkeling en implementatie van de gegevensbeheerstrategie van de MIVB, zodat deze haar prestaties kan verbeteren, haar gegevens kan beheren en zich kan voorbereiden op de toekomst van het bedrijf. Je ondersteunt de Data Domain Leader en werkt nauw samen met IT voor deze taken. Daarnaast ondersteun je het Strategy Domain door strategische en transversale prestatie-indicatoren te ontwikkelen. Je maakt deel uit van de Directie Strategy & Business Transformation, die rechtstreeks rapporteert aan het General Management.

**Hoe zal je dag eruit zien?**:

- Je draagt nauw bij aan de datastrategie van de MIVB en de implementatie ervan, ter ondersteuning van de Domain Leader Data en het Core Team Data van de MIVB, waartoe ook IT behoort.
- Als projectmanager business leid je transversale datamanagement initiatieven, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met IT en bijzondere aandacht besteedt aan het change management aspect dat deze projecten met zich meebrengen.
- Je draagt bij aan het verbeteren van de rapportage van corporate KPI's: verbeteren van de betrouwbaarheid en governance van de onderliggende gegevens, toezicht houden op de realisatie van nieuwe strategische indicatoren.
- Waar nodig voer je geavanceerde analyses uit op basis van gegevens, mogelijk statistisch of met ondersteuning van AI, in nauwe samenwerking met de begunstigde business.
- Je bent het referentiepunt voor kennis over data en datamanagement.
- Samen met de Domain Leader Data en IT animeer je één of meer communities van gebruikers of datamanagers om een goede afstemming en voortdurende verbetering op het vlak van data te garanderen.
- Je hebt regelmatig contact met het Gewest (met name Paradigm en Brussel Mobiliteit) en vertegenwoordigt de MIVB waar nodig.

**Herken je je in dit profiel?**:

- Je hebt een masterdiploma met een kwantitatieve focus of een gelijkwaardige academische achtergrond in gegevens, economie en processen.
- Je hebt enkele jaren werkervaring in een functie waarin je kwantitatieve gegevens beheert of gebruikt (rapportering, gegevensanalyse, enz.).
- Kennis van openbaar vervoer of mobiliteit is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van de twee landstalen. Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt een goede beheersing van kantoorsoftware voor berekeningen en presentaties (Excel en PowerPoint, enz.), en interesse in en/of ervaring met tools voor gegevensbeheer en -analyse (bijvoorbeeld Business Object of PowerBI). Kennis (high level) van gegevensarchitectuur en beheertools is een pluspunt.
- Je persoonlijke kwaliteiten: gevoel voor cijfers en gegevens, een goed zakelijk inzicht, analytische nauwkeurigheid, een kritische geest, een helikopterview, goede interpersoonlijke vaardigheden, autonomie, het vermogen om intern solide partnerschappen te creëren en te ontwikkelen om je doelstellingen en projecten te verwezenlijken, het vermogen om tranversaal te werken.
