Description du poste

For our Business Unit BESIX Environment, we're looking for a project assistant. BESIX Environment is the company in charge of development and execution of process and electromechanical projects of any water, biogas, sludge recycling, heat networks, hydroelectric, green hydrogen amongst others.

The activities of the BESIX Environment teams are challenges from commercial, business development, tendering, execution, and follow-up of projects realization in the environment sector, mainly in Benelux and International.

The role of the project assistant is to provide (mainly administrative) support to the entire teams (engineers & managers)
- He/She reports to the Head of Department/Project Manager
- He/She would work on miscellaneous tasks such as:

- Preparation of the price enquiry/prequalification files in coordination with the procurement engineer
- Management of the structure of the offers (electronic and paper)
- Management of sharepoints and coordination of data/files with partners/other departments
- Compilation and finalization (electronic/paper) of the tender files
- Management of the incoming/outgoing correspondences
- Coordination of purchase orders and invoices
- Launching and management of document control system
- Compilation and organization of as-built files
- General administrative assistance with departments within the company (insurances, QHSE, People, Engineering, etc.)
- Preparation and execution of internal procedures
- Collection and management of data, Masterfile, statistics and document numbering system on projects
- Preparation and follow-up of internal/external audits
- Reporting & external communication reports & articles

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience of project or administrative assistance to the director/manager.
