**Votre contribution, vos mission**s**

En tant que IT Manager, vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes:

- définir une stratégie IT innovante pour les prochains 3 à 5 ans, assurer un suivi de la partie administrative du service, être le SPOC entre le client, la direction et Paradigm,
- gestion de l’équipe afin d’optimaliser les outils disponibles, de veiller aux délais et la qualité des interventions, d’encourager la standardisation et l’utilisation correcte des procédures, rapporter sur les prestations de l’équipe,
- prendre en charge des projets demandés par la direction, faire le suivi et participer aux projets stratégiques ainsi que la rédaction de cahiers de charges.
- assurer une gestion efficace pour le traitement des appels et incidents, travailler de façon transversale avec différents autres départements,
- assurer un suivi administratif : factures fournisseurs, bons de commandes, analyse du courrier et prise en charge,
- gestion et suivi des moments de crise,
- assurer la bonne communication envers les directions Project Management.

**Vous, notre futur.e collègue, vous**:

- possédez un diplôme de l’enseignement supérieur,
- disposez d’une expérience de 10 ans dans une fonction similaire : gestion helpdesk, trouble shooting postes de travail,
- êtes un people manager expérimenté : gestion journalière, crisis management, coordination d’un équipe fonctionnelle. Vous possédez des techniques de coaching et d’encadrement,
- maitrisez des méthodes d’analyse et d’organisation,
- êtes bon communicateur, concis mais précis, envers une diversité d’interlocuteurs,
- êtes capable d’interagir couramment en français et en néerlandais, verbalement et par écrit
