We open the digital door wide for companies, organisations and governments so that they stay one step ahead of their competitors, get the most out of online meetings, close the best deals from behind their screen, and are always and everywhere accessible. We do this with a strong team and an equally strong offer - from Internet over digital TV to mobile and fixed telephony, but also with digital solutions in IT, hosting, camera surveillance, building control, and so on... We do a lot, but with you as a presales specialist, maybe we can do even more?

**Your tasks as a Presales Specialist**

As a Presales Specialist, together with (specialised) sales, you analyse a customer's needs and work out tailor-made solutions. You provide customers with information about our offer and market developments. You also share the latter with your colleagues via training courses. What else do your days look like?
- You answer RFPs within the domain of data connectivity and internet. For this, you work closely with colleagues from engineering and operations, as well as maintain good contact with suppliers.
- We involve you in the product management of new or renewed products. Notice an improvement in our sales process? Let us know and together we will see how we can further optimise it.
- You closely follow the world of data connectivity and internet, but also make quick links with Telenet's other B2B IT solutions. In a later phase, mobile and IoT can also be added to your expertise.

... Manages customer expectations and supports sales colleagues in preparing quotations. In doing so, you will use your full knowledge of connected devices and mobile solutions.
- You have at least three years' experience in a technical or commercial support role. Experience in presales is a great asset.
- A satisfied customer, that makes your day
- You have a strong track record in negotiations and know how to convince others in a professional manner.
- We can call you a real team player thanks to your clear communication style and open way of working together.
- Even when under time pressure or in the event of a setback, you continue to work calmly and result-oriented.
- You speak and write Dutch or French and English fluently. You can also give a presentation or lead a coaching session in those languages.
