- Je vertaalt de strategie van het Data Office door projecten gelinkt met analytische/modelisatie aspecten met een meerwaarde te prioritiseren en initiëren om alzo te beantwoorden aan de behoeften van de business.
- Je staat in voor de uitbouw van de equipe Data analytics en de ontwikkeling van zijn competenties in data sciences door een data cultuur en best practices op het vlak van modelisatie en algoritmen in te voeren.
- Je begeleidt het werk en coördineert de projecten en waakt daarbij over de timing en kwaliteit van het resultaat.
- Je bouwt tools die helpen om beslissingen te nemen en aanbevelingen te doen zodat de business haar doelen kan bereiken.
- Je identificeert verbeteropportuniteiten binnen operationele processen en optimiseert deze
- Je begeleidt de technologische noden van het team en van de onderneming op vlak van modelisatie en algoritmen.
- Je daagt de data infrastructuur uit zodat de teams in optimale werkomstandigheden kunnen functioneren.
**Profiel**
- Je hebt tussen de 5 en 10 jaar ervaring binnen de modelisatie en/of het domein van data sciences (machine learning/artificial intelligence)
- Ervaring binnen verzekeringen is een meerwaarde
- Je beheerst SAS, R en Python en de belangrijkste packages van data sciences en deep learning
- Ervaring in de IT architectuur (Cloud,) is een meerwaarde
- Je werkt graag in team maar kan ook op een autonome manier werken
- Je beschikt over uitstekende analysecapaciteiten en kan vlot problemen oplossen
- Je bent georganiseerd, gestructureerd, client
- en oplossingsgericht
- Je kan op een efficiënte manier communiceren
- Je kan vlot verbeteropportuniteiten identificeren
- Je hebt een perfecte kennis van het Nederlands en een zeer goede kennis van het Frans alsook het Engels
- Je hebt een master in data sciences, actuariaat, burgerlijk ingenieur, wiskunde of andere kwantitatieve richting.
