Port of Antwerp-Bruges heeft een belangrijke rol in de dagelijkse werking van de haven. Zo'n 1 800 medewerkers werken dag en nacht aan een klantgerichte dienstverlening, een optimale infrastructuur, innovatieve projecten en de promotie van de haven in binnen-en buitenland. Zij zetten zich samen in om de rol van Port of Antwerp-Bruges als duurzame wereldhaven te verstevigen. Onze missie? Port of Antwerp-Bruges, thuishaven als hefboom voor een duurzame toekomst.
Port of Antwerp-Bruges is een wereldhaven dicht bij huis. Hier zit je goed om grootse zaken te realiseren: we werken niet alleen in een unieke en inspirerende omgeving, we leggen de lat ook steeds hoger om het nog beter te doen. Project Manager? Dat is een job waarbij je projecten en initiatieven opzet en zorgt dat de zaken vooruit gaan. Resultaten die binnen budget en tijd gerealiseerd worden, daar werk je voor. Je coacht en ondersteunt ook je collega’s.
Je maakt deel uit van het EPMO-team (Enterprise Portfolio Management Office) en rapporteert aan de EPMO-manager. Binnen EPMO werken er 14 projectmanagers aan transversale en/of complexe projecten. Ze behandelen heel verschillende thema’s: IT, infrastructuur, transitiegeen onderwerp is hen vreemd. Daarbij krijgen ze hulp van de Portfolio manager die de volledige projectportfolio met meer dan 150 projecten overziet. Ook de EPMO-assistant ondersteunt het project
- en portfoliomanagement. Je staat er dus niet alleen voor

**Jouw takenpakket zit boordevol afwisseling**:
Je realiseert projecten binnen de vooropgestelde scope, timing, budget en kwaliteit. Dit steeds in functie van de strategische doelstellingen. Je stuurt daarbij je project teams aan.
Je hebt uitstekende communicatievaardigheden. Daarmee zet je je projecten op een eenvoudige en heldere manier op de kaart en creëer of behoud je er het nodige draagvlak voor.
Je draagt onze projectwerking uit en werkt mee aan de continue verbetering ervan binnen de organisatie. Je verbindt hiervoor alle relevante partijen: van je eigen collega’s tot externe stakeholders.
Je bent een coach voor de andere collega’s. Je biedt hen alle kansen om binnen een waarderend bedrijfsklimaat hun sterktes maximaal te ontwikkelen en in te zetten.
Je hebt een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardige relevante werkervaring.
Je hebt kennis van project/programmamanagement methodologieën (bij voorkeur de Prince2 principes) en ervaring met change management.
Je hebt een brede interesse in de verschillende thema’s waar de projecten om draaien: van de echte logistieke en commerciële havenwereld tot thema’s als duurzaamheid, digitalisatie of communicatie.
Je kan je snel inwerken in complexe materies met een veelheid aan informatie. Je bent in staat om hoofd
- van bijzaken te onderscheiden en zo vlot tot de kern van de zaak te komen.
Je houdt ervan om doelen en resultaten op tijd te bereiken. Je bewaart goed het overzicht tussen verschillende taken, bepaalt zelf je prioriteiten, en stemt alles af met betrokken partijen.
Je draagt kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel en gaat graag tot het uiterste om die te bereiken.
Je beseft dat je belangrijke projecten nooit alleen kan realiseren en communiceert vlot met collega’s en klanten. Goed stakeholder management is iets wat jij kent en vlot toepast.
