Om ons Talent Acquisition-team te laten groeien zijn we op zoek naar een IT-recruiter. Deze rol beslaat de gehele talent lifecycle van juniors tot ervaren professionals. Met jou in ons team zijn we in staat om top Microsoft-specialisten te werven en ons bedrijf nog verder te laten groeien.
Wat ga je doen?
Als Talent Acquisition team werken we samen met onze business stakeholders en adviseren we hen over de beste Talent-strategie en -wervingsplannen. Je gaat wervings-strategieën uitvoeren voor verschikkende teams in zowel de Belgische als de Nederlandse markt;
- Je geeft leiding aan full life cycle recruitment efforts, inclusief het identificeren, aantrekken en werven van passieve kandidaten;
- Je drijft directe sourcingefforts waarbij je gebruik maakt van effectieve en creatieve sourcingmethoden zowel binnen als buiten LinkedIn;
- Je houdt focus op de inclusie en diversiteit die aansluit bij de wervingsdoelstellingen van Avanade;
- Je partnert met ons leiderschap en kandidaten om succesvol te onderhandelen;
- Je werkt samen met het lokale Talent Acquisition-team om af te stemmen en best practices te delen;
- Je levert een actieve bijdragen aan nieuwe initiatieven en projecten (o.a. op het gebied van interviewertraining en externe partnerschappen);
- Je bent actief lid van ons Talent Acquisition team: Laat je feedback en ideeën maar komen
Wat neem je mee?
**Je versterkt ons team met je**:
- Ervaring in het succesvol werven van IT consultants (bij voorkeur op Microsoft gebied) op de Belgische markt;
- Kennis en ervaring van de Belgische markt;
- Vermogen om passieve kandidaten te identificeren en met ze in contact te treden met behulp van diverse sourcingstrategieën;
- Excellente communicatie-, presentatie
- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden. Zowel mondeling als schriftelijk in het Nederlands en Engels. Beheersing van de Franse taal is een mooie pré
- Sterke analytische, probleemoplossende mentaliteit en het vermogen om je dagelijkse activiteiten op basis van relevante data uit te voeren;
- Leergierigheid en je vermogen om jezelf continu te blijven ontwikkelen;
- Enthousiasme, je vermogen om kansen te spotten en initiatief te nemen. Je brengt je 'can do'-mentaliteit mee naar ons team en je bent klaar om samen Avanade Nederland en België te laten groeien.
In deze rol werf je voor functies in zowel België als Nederland. Ervaring met werven in Nederland is geen vereiste, We zijn op zoek naar iemand die graag in een internationale omgeving wil werken en continu wil leren.
