**About our client**
Our client is one of the most reputable HR players in Europe. They offer different solutions to their clients, both in hard HR (like Payroll) and soft HR (recruitment and selection, assessments, MSP, RPO, etc.).
**Why do we need you?**
The previous IT Recruiter decided to become permanently employed by an IT company and thus no longer be seconded to clients in an RPO construction.
**What will you do? What would be your responsibilities?**
As an IT Recruiter you will manage the complete selection process of vacancies at the client in the IT business domain.
- Day-to-day contact with the business, hiring manager and external suppliers
- Vacancy management, from intake to publication on various job boards
- Advisory role to the business
- Participation in job fairs and making sure that new talent finds the way to the client
**What does your team look like?**
You will be part of the RPO team seconded to a client in the banking & insurance industry.
Furthermore, the team consists of 2 generalist Recruiters. They also have a broad background in recruitment and selection and manage the recruitment of the other profiles (such as banking, legal, audit).
The team was recently expanded with another colleague who provides mainly administrative support. In addition, another colleague has been recruited with considerable experience in the banking industry but no experience in recruitment yet. She started as a Trainee.
In short, you will be joining a driven team of 5 ambitious and passionate colleagues. This team works hybrid in a combination of home office and onsite, mostly in the geographical triangle Ghent - Antwerp - Brussels.
**Job requirements**
**This function is unfortunately not for you if**
- you don’t have previous experience in recruitment of IT profiles
- you’re not familiar with recruitment at all levels
- you’re not flexible to move in the geographical triangle Ghent - Antwerp - Brussels
**However, this position is right up your alley if....**
- you have a Bachelor or Master’s degree or equivalent through experience
- you can advise the business thanks to your expertise & decisiveness
- you can function as a credible, valid sparring partner thanks to your solution-oriented approach towards the business
