You will support imec’s Business Development managers by coordinating the full contract process of standard agreements from initiation until contract signature, including interacting with the clients to finalize the agreements. You will perform data quality-related actions in our CRM (Customer Relations Management) database, making sure the data is complete, consistent, accurate and up-to-date in close collaboration with the data owners and the CRM team.
You will support imec’s Business Development managers by coordinating the full contract process of standard agreements from initiation until contract signature, including interacting with the clients to finalize the agreements. You will perform data quality related actions in our CRM (Customer Relations Management) database, making sure the data is complete, consistent, accurate and up-to-date in close collaboration with the data owners and the CRM team.
The assignment
- Support imec’s Business Development managers by coordinating the full contract process of standard agreements from initiation until contract signature, including interacting with the clients to finalize the agreements.
- Represent the assigned cases at internal meetings, such as the Business Operations Team (BOT) meeting, and keep track of the status of current cases at such meetings, to ensure a good collaboration between Business Development managers, the legal counsels and the IP responsibles.
- Monitor CRM data quality on a regular basis and analyze the results.
- Perform regular cleansing waves of specific data objects in CRM, like de-duplication of accounts and contacts.
Required knowledge and skills
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent knowledge.
- You hold three years of relevant work experience in sales, legal or IP administration, business operations management or similar fields.
- A paralegal background is considered a plus.
- You have a structured and detail-oriented way of working, the capability to handle short deadlines and you are able to plan your work efficiently.
- You are great with data in the context of databases.
Duration of the assignment and work regime
- 6 months, starting mid-March
- Fulltime (5days/week, 40 hours)
