was founded in 1921 in Japan and has developed itself into one of the most prominent companies in the development, production and distribution of a very wide range of dental products. Since 1972 GC Europe NV, our European Headquarter is located at the Researchpark Haasrode in Leuven. GC Europe NV supports and leads our different sales offices and dealers. Our warehouse spreads our products to Europe and the Middle East. Next to this we produce some leading products for dental technicians.
We are currently looking for a:
**SAP Sales Administration Officer**
**Purpose of the job**
As our Sales SAP administration officer, you will be responsible for updating the sales related master data and price lists in SAP.
**Main responsibilities**
- Create and review the sales related material master tabs in the excel based New Item Creation Form (NICF)
- Check the master data for completeness and accuracy after all SAP tabs have been created
- Validate the sales prices lists
- Upload the sales prices and discounts in SAP (condition maintenance)
- Order processing a/z for assigned sales area orders
**Requirements**:
- Knowledge of the order to cash process in SAP
- SAP Master Data experience is a plus
- SAP Condition maintenance upload experience
- Customer service experience is a plus
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar function
- Very good English and Dutch
- Microsoft office knowledge (Xls)
